Terms of service
These operational terms describe the implemented service without naming an unconfigured operator. Contractual publication remains blocked until the operator identity and governing terms are supplied and reviewed.
Technical content reviewed: 2 August 2026. This is not a substitute for review by the identified service operator.
Service scope
PriceHerald accepts supported product-page URLs, records extracted details and prices, keeps available history, evaluates configured rules, and can queue alerts after scheduled checks.
Scheduled checks
Checks are periodic, not continuous. The current server plan catalogue displays the cadence that applies to each offer: Free every 24 hours, Pro every 6 hours, and Business every hour.
Merchant information
Extraction can fail or become outdated when merchant pages change. Recorded price and stock data do not replace the merchant page. Users must verify the final price, availability, delivery, taxes, and purchase terms with the merchant.
Account use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, use only URLs and content they are entitled to process, and avoid misuse or interference with the service.
Plans and billing
Current prices, product limits, history windows, channels, and cadence come from the server plan catalogue. Live paid checkout is disabled during early access and only applies if the server billing controls later enable and confirm it.
Availability and final terms
No uninterrupted availability, universal site coverage, alert-delivery deadline, purchasing outcome, or financial result is promised. Operator identity, governing law, dispute terms, liability terms, and effective date require legal approval before launch.
